My partner and I rented a place in Florida Gardens which is managed by Robina Realty. We absolutely loved the smooth experience of moving in. Everything from the property inspection to the application to finalizing the move in was perfect. We met Jenni for inspection first and then she took care of everything personally for us. Even before our application, she was constantly helping us through emails, updating us of what is to be done and how. She is just an amazing person to work with. Even when we had to break our lease, both Melinda (property manager) and Jenni were prompt in guiding us. They always respond to the emails quickly and try to do the best they can to help you. Jenni went out of her way to expedite the move out process so that the new tenant could move in the next day and we’re really very grateful for that.

We didn’t have a great experience with our last managing agents, they just generally didn’t care about the tenants. But Robina Realty especially Jenni changed our perspective for good. Also, to note Jenni filed for the bond refund with 2-3 days of the move out inspection which is incredibly fast.
Loved the experience, we always recommend them to our friends and family, to rent or to manage your own property they’re genuinely good people.
