We needed to sell our Robina investment at a very difficult time as the Covid19 pandemic was in full swing. Andy sold our property. I tried to sell the property for three months and I had no success whatsoever, and Andy came in and sold the property within two weeks. We’re so happy, no more stress, property is gone. We are very, very happy with Andy and I would use him again.

Hi Rita, a pleasure from the beginning! After meeting with several agencies on the search for a property manager we came across Rita at Robina Realty. From the beginning Rita was extremely helpful, she explained everything clearly and being first time landlords we were very appreciative. We had a strict timeline and Rita was able to schedule photos and have our advertisement live within 48hours. Within another 24 hours we had 21 groups through our property which resulted in 13 applications. This increased the price of our property and we have now secured tenants for $40 more a week than we advertised. Which we couldn’t be more thrilled about. Alongside Rita is Yolanda who has been equally fantastic, no request is to hard and she has organised our carpet cleaner as well as our water wise and smoke alarm checks for us, allowing me the time to pack and focus on other things. I am writing to bring to your attention the fantastic service offered to us by your Salesperson, Jerzy Jakubiszyn. My sister & I (from Victoria) first met Jerzy at a property in Bonogin and whilst that particular property was not suitable, Jerzy remained in contact to help us secure a property in Qld.
Having dealt with a number of Agents in Qld during this time, I was shocked by the lack of service & follow up offered by most Agents and on one particular occasion, we were “gazumped” by an Agent in Mudgeeraba (not Jerzy), leaving us with a bad perception of Qld Agents in general. However, Jerzy restored our faith, that not all Qld Agents are like this.
Jerzy took it upon himself to source a property within our requirements and managed to do this by approaching the Listing Agent for a conjunctional listing. Jerzy introduced this property to us, as we had not discovered it in our usual internet property searches, suggesting that the property had not been entered correctly via realestate.com search fields, to gain maximum exposure for the Vendor. Another example of inadequate service by a Qld Agent and to the detriment of the Vendor. Fortunate for us, as it had been on the market for a long time, with minimal inspections or Offers.
In any event, Jerzy viewed the property on our behalf, took numerous photos and hand drew a floor plan to email to us, so that we had a good understanding of the property. This in itself is fantastic service, over and above what most Agents would do for an interstate buyer. In addition to this, Contracts had to be scanned & emailed for signing, which is a lot of work, that some Agents couldn’t be bothered with.
In conclusion, we are happy buyers of the property thanks to Jerzy. I would certainly recommend my family & friends to deal with your Office and in particular Jerzy. Jerzy listened & heard what we were saying, qualified us as “real buyers” and took the time to help us source a property. His professionalism, personality and helpfulness are a great asset to your Office.
